How to Maximize Your budget with Multi-Day rentals and Longer-Term Price Breaks

We want to offer our rental customers great value, so we built our multi-day rental program with your budget and production schedule in mind. Here are a couple of the benefits of multi-day rentals:

  • The cost of your rental is based on the number of shoot days. These are the days you’ll actually be using the equipment.
  • Weekends (Saturday + Sunday) count as a single shoot day. Schedule your shoot days over a weekend and only pay for a single shoot day.
  • Pick-up and drop-off days are free. You will not be charged for pick-up and drop-off days because these days are intended for checking, prepping, and packing up your gear.
  • Convenient pick-up and drop-off times. When you rent from us, you can pick up your gear after 2pm on the rental date, and return it before 12 noon on the return date.

Discounts for Weekly and Monthly Rentals

Just like rental houses, we’ve adopted weekly and monthly discounts for longer-term rentals.

  • The Full-Week Rule: If you rent gear for 5 to 7 days, you only pay for 3 shoot days.
  • The Full-Month Rule: If you rent gear for 23 to 31 days, you only pay for 10 shoot days.

2-Day Shoot (Standard)

You have two shoot days scheduled for next week — Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Monday: Pick-up after 2 pm
  • Tuesday: Shoot Day (1)
  • Wednesday: Shoot Day (2)
  • Thursday: Drop-off by 12 pm

Your rental will be ready for you to pick up by 2 pm on Monday and should be returned by 12 noon on Thursday. You will be charged for 2 shoot days.

2-Day Shoot (Weekend)

You have two shoot days scheduled for next weekend — Saturday and Sunday.

  • Friday: Pick-up after 2 pm
  • Saturday: Shoot Day (1)
  • Sunday: Shoot Day (2)
  • Monday: Drop-off by 12 pm

Your rental will be ready for you to pick up by 2 pm on Friday and should be returned by 12 noon on Monday. You will only be charged for 1 shoot day.

3-Day Shoot

You have three shoot days this week — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Monday: Pick-up after 2 pm
  • Tuesday: Shoot Day (1)
  • Wednesday: Shoot Day (2)
  • Thursday: Shoot Day (3)
  • Friday: Drop-off by 12 pm

Your rental will be ready for you to pick up by 2 pm on Monday and should be returned by 12 noon on Friday. You will be charged for 3 shoot days.
